Platinum (₹1,000,000+ Spend)
- All Gold benefits
- 4 complimentary jewellery cleanings and touch-ups per year
- Dedicated relationship support
- Priority production and servicing
- Access to exclusive or limited designs
- Up to 3 approved return requests per year with no return shipping charges
- 10% year-round benefit on eligible purchases
Return shipping waiver applies only to eligible standard products.
The 10% benefit cannot be combined with any other offer.
Validity: 24 months from qualification
Occasion Benefits (Birthday & Anniversary)
Members receive one-time annual benefits based on tier:
- Bronze / Silver: 10%
- Gold: 20%
- Platinum: 30%
Applicable on:
- Birthdays
- Anniversaries
Conditions:
- Each benefit is valid once per year per occasion
- Applies on eligible products only (excludes clearance, promotions, and discounted items)
- Cannot be combined with:
- Any other offer
- Wallet credits
- Tier-based discounts (including Platinum 10%)
- Birthday verification requires valid government ID
- Anniversary benefit is limited to one claim per year per account and may require verification
Referral Rewards
- Earn 2% of the final order value on every successful referral purchase
- No cap on total rewards
Conditions:
- Applicable only on completed and delivered orders
- Not applicable on clearance, promotional, or discounted purchases
- Credited as UNTAME Wallet balance within 30–45 days from delivery
Usage:
- Valid for 12 months
- Can be used on:
- Standard purchases
- Custom orders
- Upgrade transactions
Not applicable on:
- Coins or pure metal purchases
- Buyback transactions
Rewards linked to cancellations or returns will be reversed.
UNTAME Wallet
- Credits are non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Valid for 12 months from date of issue
- Cannot be combined with promotional offers unless explicitly stated
Service & Care
- Complimentary cleanings are:
- Tier-based
- Valid per membership year
- Non-transferable and non-cumulative
- Services are not applicable if jewellery has been altered by a third-party jeweller
Tier Progression & Renewal
- Tier upgrades are based on lifetime spend
- Tier validity begins upon qualification
- Requalification criteria may apply after expiry
Exclusions
Benefits and rewards do not apply on:
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted products
- Coins or pure metal purchases
- Buyback transactions
- Taxes, shipping, and additional charges
General Terms
- All benefits are subject to UNTAME verification and approval
- UNTAME reserves the right to:
- Modify benefits, tiers, or eligibility criteria
- Withhold or reverse rewards in case of misuse
- Misuse includes:
- Self-referrals
- Multiple account creation
- Abuse of promotional structures
- In case of disputes, UNTAME’s decision shall be final and binding
