  • In case of pricing, typographical, or system errors:
  • UNTAME may correct the error
  • Cancel the order and issue a refund

Orders placed based on incorrect pricing are not binding. 

6. Payments

  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

By placing an order, you authorise UNTAME and its payment partners to process payment.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is made to valid residential or business addresses only
  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • Risk and title pass upon delivery

8. Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders

All returns, exchanges, and custom orders are governed by respective policies.

Key principles:

  • Standard products: 15-day return window (subject to conditions)
  • Custom orders: non-returnable
  • Final sale products: non-returnable and non-exchangeable

All requests are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Sizes, weights, and dimensions may have minor variations
  • Diamond specifications follow industry tolerances
